In principle, FloTHERM XT can simulate the processes of aero-hydrodynamics and heat exchange of models of any physical objects, but its main purpose and specialization is the modeling of these processes for assembling electronics components
FloTHERM XT uses a powerful EFD mixer and solver to simulate heat transfer in assemblies of any complexity. FloTHERM XT contains an integrated CircuitWorks module that allows you to import models in IDF, PADS and ProStep formats.
