.) Download the program game DVR config file.
.) Open it.
.) Tick/Check "Force Software MFT (16 FPS + VBR)
.) Close it.
.) Open task manager and kill broadcast DVR server service.
.) Now, start game bar and start recording.
.)You can change Game DVR settings from its xbox app or directly
from game bar.
.) For those experiencing problem that game bar doesn't shows up, change the shortcut key of game bar.
.) This fix is performed on an unsupported system.
