OneDrive is already installed error
Download OneDrive setup from Microsoft. Get a OneDrive Download | Microsoft OneDrive App

Open Command Prompt as Administrator (Press the Windows button and type "cmd", right click the Command Prompt program and select "Run as administrator".
Go to the directory where the OneDriveSetup.exe was downloaded to and type /allusers at the end.
Example:
[the user] should be the name of your user file in c:\users.
