This course is strictly focused on process modelling (BPMN 2.0) with iGrafx and will be creating process models directly in the iGrafx Process360 Live module.In this course you will master the tools and techniques required to create business processes. You will gain hands-on experience to develop a robust process modelling capability essential for effective business process management or BPM.We will also dive deep into the Business Process Model and Notation 2.O (BPMN 2.0) standard which is a universal and the most common language for depicting business processes. We will understand the syntax, semantics, and best practices of BPMN and apply this standardised approach to visually represent and communicate complex business processes.There will be a number of exercises with sample solutions for you to get practical experience. These can be practiced on any process modelling software.
